These guys are great. They helped me and my wife out when I didn’t think it was possible for us to get a car. My family only drives Subaru’s and we will only buy from Colonial Subaru. They were honest, polite, and even treated my three year old son good and gave him some stickers.

We had an expensive replacement of a hanger/bracket whatever under our Impreza. Called Subaru — this part was not included under a recall.
Brought the car into your shop for attention under the recalls. Spoke to your service manager about the situation and he explained that the replacement wasn’t covered.
A week later, he called and told me that a check was being issue by Subaru to cover the $600 bill. He followed through. Thanks to him and your organization. Guess where we and other in our family will purchase our next Subaru!

The salesman got the sale even though his offering was slightly more expensive than another dealer’s. His manner was personal, involved and straightforward. I never felt like I was being sold. I was going to buy and I was going to buy this model Subaru Legacy. Foolish as my son says I am, I believed what the salesman was telling me and he knew how to connect. To me that counts for a lot and I went with his offer. Also we all go in so armed with MSRP and invoice prices and dealer profit figures that all these poor guys are dealing within a few hundred dollars of one another anyway. So I went on personality. Heyit has to count for something.

I purchased my 2nd Subaru Outback from this dealership. The sales staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process. At no time was I pressured and was able to take my time. I have been to two other Subaru dealers in the area and was not treated with as much respect as I was at Colonial in Kingston. I will purchase my next Subaru from them and have sent friends and family there since. Great Dealer!! And their price was the best. That always helps.
