We had an expensive replacement of a hanger/bracket whatever under our Impreza. Called Subaru — this part was not included under a recall.
Brought the car into your shop for attention under the recalls. Spoke to your service manager about the situation and he explained that the replacement wasn’t covered.
A week later, he called and told me that a check was being issue by Subaru to cover the $600 bill. He followed through. Thanks to him and your organization. Guess where we and other in our family will purchase our next Subaru!

The dealership was very accommodating. Tom O’Conner III replied to my email query for a price right away and we had a deal within an hour. I traveled 50 miles to buy from Colonial because they beat my local dealer’s price by $500 and didn’t play games.
